Toms River Police respond to robery of 100 boxes of Newport Box 100 at Shell gas station

Toms River Police are investigating the burglary of the Shell Gas Station at 130 a.m. Saturday morning.    Police responded to an alarm at the business and found that unknown suspect(s) entered the business by breaking a garage bay window then removed 4 cartons of Newport Box 100 cigarettes valued at over $350 then fled on foot.   Investigating are Officer Kyle Martucci,  Sergeant Patrick Dellane, and K-9 Officer Art Pennell and his partner Blitz.
