Toms River police arrest two in conjunction with home robberies, including police chief home

Toms River, NJ – Toms River Chief of Police Michael Mastronardy has just announced that two men have been arrested in conjunction with a string of burglaries in the township, including his own home.    Justin Lovegren, 25 and Jesse Hamby, 19, both of Beachwood have been arrested.  The pair have been picked up after a string of six home burglaries.  The pair was caught on video at a Swain Ave residence.  The home security system was installed by the homeowner just two weeks prior.
