Toms River police in search of BB gunman who shot out car windows across town

Chief Michael Mastronardy of the Toms River Police say approximately 20 vehicles have reportedly had their windows shot out by a BB or pellet gun over night across the northern part of the town stretching from Pleasant Plains to Silverton.   The police department expects that number to increase throughout the day as residents make their way out on this damp Saturday.   Anyone with any information on these crimes is advised to call the Toms River Police Department.
