Toms River got things started in the 5th inning with a one out home run by 1b Mercedes followed by a Durovich single and double by SS Shiffer. Both crossed the plate by the end of the inning, putting Toms River East National up 2-0 after 5 innings.
In the 6th inning, it was DejaVu for Toms River as they circled the bases one hit at a time as they had done Monday night against Lakewood.
