Hurricane Irene: Before and after photos in Toms River, New Jersey
Check out the before and after photos of Hurricane Irene in Toms River. We’re not storm chasers or glory hounds, so we didn’t send out a mass of bloggers to take pictures, but we welcome anyone with photos who want to share them to send them to news@jacksonnjonline.com.
We’ll choose 10 photos to be published in our September magazine and will award one lucky winner with a $100 gift certificate.
