Friday Football Preview: Monsignor Donovan goes on the road to face Lions

Both Monsignor Donovan and Jackson Liberty have a short term goal Friday night.  Neither one of them wants to be at the bottom of Class C Central by themselves Saturday morning and that’s exactly where the loser of this match up is going to wake up.    Both Liberty and Monsignor Donovan are 1-2 to start the season.   While it’s still early, the bottom of your division is not where you want to be going into week 5.

In 2010, Liberty defeated Monsignor Donovan on their home field.  This year, the Lions will have home field advantage and a the burning desire not to disappoint fans of the Red Zone.    Liberty is hoping 2011 could be their first .500 finish in the school’s short existence.  In order to get there, a win this week is critical.
