Revered Silverton Homeless Man Found Dead in Woods in Toms River
Billy Clayton, 57, of Toms River was found dead on Thursday in the woods off the southbound lane of Hooper Avenue, west of the Anchorage Plaza. For those who grew up in the Silverton section of Toms River, Clayton has been a community fixture since the early 1980′s. Clayton, who has been homeless for decades, was found dead in his tent at this location according to the Toms River Police Department.
