Toms River Police Blotter: 25 year old driver of Benz causes rollover, issued citation

At 1 am Wednesday morning Jason Duarte 65 of Brick was northbound on Hooper Avenue when his vehicle 1999 ford collided with a 2010 Mercedes Benz eastbound on Kettle Creek Road.  Durante’s vehicle then overturned after the collision and he was transported to Brick Hospital.  The Mercedes Benz was operated by 25 year old Delores Laczynski of Toms River who was issued a careless driving summons by investigating Officer David Bartoshek.
