Police Looking for Two Black Males Who Robbed Pizza Delivery Man

Toms River Police are investigating an attempted robbery that occurred 9 p.m. on Thursday night on Camino Roble in the Pleasant Plains section of the Township.  A 19 year old Toms River man was delivering pizza for a local restaurant.  The victim states when he got to the residence for a delivery he noticed there were no lights on and as he walked up the front steps he was approached by two males.  The suspects two black males about 19 years of age, with their faces covered with scarf’s demanded money from the victim and stated they had a gun.

 

The suspects attempted to take money from his pockets but he pushed them away and they then fled on foot towards Massachusetts Avenue. One suspect is 5’ 8 wearing a black puffy coat and black pants with a multi colored scarf, the other is 5’10” puffy black coat, dark pants and a dark scarf.  Officer Pascal Gambardella, Sergeant Ted Grob and Detectives Louis Santora and John Bajcic are investigating.
