Police in Toms River Issue Summons After Woman Rolls Out of Car During Traffic Stop

Officer Shan Ruiz went to stop a motor vehicle at 130 a.m. Saturday on route #166.  The vehicle sped off on Old Freehold then onto Walnut at Parkcrest the Officer observed the vehicle strike a curb and a female passenger roll out of the vehicle.  Toms River Police  Ems transported the 21 year old Forked River woman to Community with a knee injury.  The driver of the vehicle Justin Wilson 21 of 5^th Bayway Toms River was stopped on Rosewood Drive.  Officer Ruiz issued Mr. Wilson a summons for reckless driving.
