Police Recover Stolen Ring After Intoxicated Man Falls Into Construction Site

Toms River Police responded to a call that that an intoxicated male fell into a construction site at Ocean View Suites on route #37 just before 530 a.m. Saturday.  Officer James Carey and Joseph Mastronardy located Dashawn Harrison, 20, covered in mud.  The Officers were trying to get family members to assist him but after investigating they found a ring in his possession that was stolen from the family member.  He was then lodged in Ocean County Jail on $2000 bail  and charged with possession of stolen property.
