Toms River Police Bust Brothers After Drug Distribution Investigation

Toms River Police Special Enforcement Team arrested two brothers on Monday after a two month drug investigation.  Nicholas Mayer 18 and Michael Mayer 22 both of 528 Woodview Road  Toms River.

Both were arrested and charged with possession and possession with intent to distribute Oxycodone.  Nicholas was also charged with forgery in regards to counterfeit U.S Currency. Quantities of Oxycodone, Suboxone, Xanax, Marijuana  and $1500 in cash were seized by investigators.  The Department’s emergency service unit assisted in the arrest and search warrant that also recovered three imitation handguns.

 

Michael was lodged in Ocean County Jail on $10,000 bail and Nicholas was lodged on $20,000 bail.
