Pro Wrestling Coming to Island Heights

All-star pro wrestling returns to Ocean County on Saturday night March 3rd at 7:35pm, as the tri-state area’s leading pro wrestling promotion National Wrestling Superstars returns to the Island Heights, NJ Fire Company Hall (15 Lake Avenue, just off Route 37, minutes from the Parkway and Seaside Heights), in a benefit for this hard-working volunteer fire company.

On the heels of NWS’ last appearance in Ocean County last month, the main event will be a huge six-man tag-team grudge match (with *grudge* as the key word), as former WWE and AWA Tag-Team Champion and “Rockers” member Marty Janetty teams up with his friend The Atomic Dog and high-flying NWS Cruiserweight Champion ”Mr. Entertainment” J.D. Smoothie. Their opponents will be National Geographic TV wrestling show “Slammed” star Danny Inferno, Jersey Shore bad boy ”Stellar” Travis Blake, and turncoat Father Ozzy.

There will also be an NWS Tag-Team Title rematch, as former champions The 2 Rude Dudes (“Corrupted” Corey Havoc & “Rampage” Rogers) look to regain their titles from the duo who defeated them at the last Ocean County show, ”Bounty Hunter” Johnny Ringo & former NWA Canadian Champion Rocco Dorsey.

There will also be appearances by NWS Heavyweight Champion Ray-Ray Marz, the Jersey Shore lunatic Slayer, Ocean County comedian “The Commish” Ryan Maher, and much more.
