WHEREAS, the Borough of South Toms River requires the services of the following professionals to assist in the administration of the Borough’s affairs, and WHEREAS, the Borough of South Toms River has appointed the following individuals for contracted professional services as follows:
A) Louis Pintaro, Esq. – Alternate Public Defender
B) Bart J. Cook, Esq. – Alternate Prosecutor
