Being on a budget doesn’t mean you have to miss out on the benefits of organic foods.  Join Jennifer Klein, registered dietician with ShopRite of Manchester, for an explanation of organic vs. non-organic foods and learn tips on how you can fit organic foods into your budget. Also, learn cooking techniques and sample a recipe made with organic ingredients.  There will also be a cooking demonstration.
