Toms River Police Investigating Theft from Woman at Ocean County Mall
Toms River Police are looking for a black female about 18 years wearing a red dress that stole a purse from a shopping cart from a 27 year old Toms River women who was shopping in the Ocean County Mall 1230 on Saturday. The female took the pink purse that only contained personal papers and ran from the mall. Officer Mark DeGrandis is investigating the theft.
