Toms River Man Arrested on Burglary Charges in Jackson

Two Subjects Arrested and Charged with Burglary:

 

On Tuesday June 19, 2012 at approximately 4:30 pm, Officers responded to a residence on Primrose Lane on a reported Burglary.

 

The victim reported to officers that his residence had been entered and a flat screen television, lap top computers, Xbox, video games and multiple other items with a total approximated value of over $5,000.00 had been stolen.

 

Officers conducted a canvass of the neighborhood and located suspects to the burglary.  Upon further investigation, the two suspects were placed under arrest.

 

Arrested:

Jason Bates, age 27 of Jackson.

Gary More, age 26 of Toms River.

 

Both subjects were charged with Burglary and bail was set at $35,000.00.

They were then lodged in the Ocean County Jail.

 

Police Officers Donald Lasko, John Rodriguez and Michael Bollard responded and Detective Robert Reiff also assisted in the investigation.
