2nd Annual Rock to Adopt to be Held This Weekend at Popcorn Park Zoo
The Second Annual Rock to Adopt will be held at Popcorn Park on Sat. June 23rd and Sun. June 24th from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m.
One of many great bands which appeared at Rock to Adopt last year.
Sponsored by The Local Shack, all proceeds go to benefit animal adoption and AHS/Popcorn Park! It is a family event with kid’s activities, vendors, prizes and 14 bands! There is live entertainment both days and one admission to the zoo, a box of popcorn and entry into the picnic area. Adult wrist band is $20, children’s (2-10) is $10, Family 4 pack is $50 and a one-day pass is $12.
Pumpkin, in our Forked River shelter, is waiting for that special someone.
For information on the bands that will be appearing on each date, log on to The Local Shack. The donation for adoptions during that weekend will be $40 for cats and 25% off the cost of dogs upon approval of our application. This is a great festival for the whole family!
