Federal Hill Risk Management “House of Cards” Continues to Crumble

The arrest of Carmine Inteso, former Mayor of Toms River, is the latest in a string of related indictments and arrests revolving around a federal corruption case which began in 2010 with the arrest of former Toms River Schools Superintendent Michael Ritacco.

In what appears to a be a wide reaching investigation, the federal government’s probe into the illegal activities of Federal Hill Risk Management and local officials seems to still be in full motion.

We’re seeking comment from the community on their opinions and thoughts on the ongoing federal investigation and previous arrests and guilty pleas by several key players in the operation.
