Toms River History: 25 Years Later, Convicted Toms River Killer Still Serving Time
A news clipping from the August 2, 1986 Trenton Times. Milne was convicted the following summer, on June 25, 1987. Milne has three more years left on his sentence for the brutal rape and murder of 13 year old Barbara Renee Harrison. He is schedule to be released on November 14, 2015.
