Motorcyclist Who Evaded Police in Beachwood, Captured in Lakewood
Lakewood-(TLS)–The Lakewood Scoop has reported that a motorcyclist who fled from police in Beachwood has been caught in Lakewood this morning with the assistance of a New Jersey State Police helicopter.
A motorcyclist who fled from Beachwood Police officers, was tracked down by a helicopter in Lakewood this morning, and arrested, police tell TLS. Police say the man failed to stop for Beachwood Police during a traffic stop, and continued riding towards Lakewood.
A NJSP helicopter was called in and followed the suspect to 4th Street and Monmouth Avenue in Lakewood, where he was arrested by Beachwood Police.
Police say he was arrested without incident, and his motorcycle was impounded.
