Silver Bay Elementary School 9/11 Ceremony
Toms River–Mr. DeVita, Mrs. Taff, and Mrs. Santinon pose with students during a 9/11 ceremony. A commemorative flag and certificate were sent and presented to Silver Bay students for mailing letters to active American troops stationed in Afghanistan.
