Jackson Police Blotter: Sept 10-12, 2012
Monday September 10:
- Officers responded to the report of a dispute on South New Prospect Road. During the investigation, a 32 year old male was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of West Long Branch. The male was lodged in the Monmouth County Jail when he was unable to post bail.
Tuesday September 11:
- Officers responded to a residence on Lancaster Way on a reported dispute in progress. During the investigation, a 32 year old male was arrested and charged with Harassment. The subject was processed at police headquarters and released on summons pending a court appearance.
- A resident of Arcadia Court made a report of Criminal Mischief. It was reported that unknown person(s) smashed the rear window of the caller’s vehicle. The window was valued at $500.00.
Wednesday September 12:
- During the course of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Winchester Drive, a 20 year old male was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Jackson. He was processed at police headquarters and released after posting bail.
- A 22 year old female resident of Cream Ridge was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Jackson. She was processed and released after posting bail.
- Employees of the Bass Clothing Store at the Jackson Outlet Village made a report of Shoplifting. It was reported that property valued at over
$450.00 was stolen from the store.
- Officers along with Fire and First Aid personnel responded to a
residence on Cathy Court on the report of a structure fire. A mobile home sustained significant interior damage due to a fire which was extinguished by fire personnel. The incident is still under investigation.
- A resident of Oak Drive reported a Burglary to a Motor Vehicle and
Theft. It was reported that a purse containing cash and personal items were stolen from the caller’s vehicle. While investigating the incident and checking for a possible suspect, a 40 year old male was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Seaside Heights. The male was turned over to the Seaside Heights Police Department when he was unable to post bail.
