Jackson Police Blotter: Sept 18, 2012

Tuesday September 18:

- A resident of Larisa Lane made a report of Burglary to a Motor Vehicle, Criminal Mischief and Theft. It was reported that unknown person(s) forced entry into a vehicle and stole drug samples from the caller’s doctor which were inside the vehicle.
- While on patrol at the WaWa on Hope Chapel Road, a subject known to have an outstanding warrant was observed by an officer. The subject ran from the area and was apprehended a short time later. A 22 year old male resident of Jackson was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $2500.00 out of Holmdel and was also charged with Hindering Apprehension. Additional bail in the amount of $5000.00 was set for the Hindering Apprehension charge and the male was lodged in the Ocean County Jail.
- A student at the Liberty High School made a report of Theft. It was reported that an I Phone 4s was stolen during the school day.
- A resident of West Fish Road made a report of Burglary and Theft. It was reported that unknown person(s) made entry to the house and stole prescription medication.
