Routine Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest in Jackson

Jackson– At approximately 12:20 am, Sunday Sept. 16, officers conducted a motor vehicle stop with a Chevy pick up truck on West Countyline Road after observing the vehicle being driven without any headlights. During the investigation, the driver, a 22 year old male was placed under arrest after items commonly used to ingest heroin were recovered. The driver was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and released on summons pending a court appearance.
