Little Egg Harbor Police Blotter: September 16-20, 2012
On 09-16-12, Eric Larmour, age 42 of Little Egg Harbor Twp. was arrested onBasswood Lk. Dr.due to a $107.00 warrant out of Deptford Twp. Municipal Court. Larmour was released on his own recognizance, pending a court date. Patrolman Kevin Hogan was the arresting officer.
On 09-17-12, Anthony Potterton, age 36 of Little Egg Harbor Twp. was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. A concerned citizen called in about Potterton, as a suspicious person, on Wild Oaks Ct. Further investigation revealed Potterton was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Potterton was placed under arrest and later released on summons. Patrolman Kevin Hogan was the arresting officer.
On 09-19-12, David Pritsky, age 31 of Little Egg Harbor Twp. was arrested on
Rt. 9 following a motor vehicle stop. Pritsky had a $500.00 warrant out of Lacey Twp. Municipal Court. Pritsky was turned over to the Lacey Twp. Police Department and transported to the Ocean County Jail, in default of bail. Patrolman Joseph Falkiewicz was the arresting officer.
On 09-19-12, Debra Lavender, age 50 of Little Egg Harbor Twp. was arrested at police headquarters due to a $750.00 warrant out of Little Egg Harbor Twp. Municipal Court. Lavender posted bail and was released. Patrolman Kevin Hogan was the arresting officer.
On 09-19-12,ArnoldBellJr., age 44 of Little Egg Harbor Twp. was arrested onVicari Ln.following a motor vehicle stop due to a $1,740.00 warrant out of Absecon Municipal Court. Bell was arrested and turned over to the Absecon Police Department, who then transported him to the Atlantic County Jail in default of bail. Patrolman Joseph Falkiewicz was the arresting officer.
On 09-19-12, Phillip Abernathy, age 47 of Little Egg Harbor Twp. was arrested onMathistown Rd.due to a $4,722.99 warrant out of the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department. Abernathy was turned over to the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department and transported to the Ocean County Jail in default of bail. Patrolman Joseph Falkiewicz was the arresting officer.
On 09-20-12, Andrew Morgan, age 20 of Little Egg Harbor Twp. was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on Twin Lks. Blvd. Morgan was pulled over due to a motor vehicle violation, and further investigation revealed Morgan was in possession of a smoking device used to smoke C.D.S. Morgan was placed under arrest and later released on a summons. Patrolman Joseph Falkiewicz was the arresting officer.
On 09-20-12, Sean Macintosh, age 27 of Little Egg Harbor Twp., and Orlando Miller 3rd, age 20 of Ventnor City, were arrested following a suspicious person investigation on Basswood Lk. Dr. Police observed Macintosh and Miller acting in a suspicious manner during the late evening hours. Further investigation revealed Macintosh was in possession of narcotic prescription pills, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Miller was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Both were placed under arrest and later released on a summons. Corporal Christopher Arciniegas was the arresting officer.
