Seaside Heights Hosts 4th Annual Que By The Sea

Seaside Heights–Seaside Heights hosted its annual “Que by the Sea” this weekend.  The annual Seaside BBQ festival and competition helped the borough extend the “locals summer” season by another week, filling Grant Avenue from Central Avenue to the Boardwalk with thousands of visitors throughout the weekend.

The warm weather and late summer sun made the entire experience pleasurable.   We’ll have results from the competition in the coming days, but for now, here’s some visuals on the weekend.

While BBQ pickings were sparse compared to other BBQ festivals in the region,  Wild Bill’s Soda Co. of Basking Ridge, New Jersey seemed to be the star of the show this weekend, offering $10 mugs which can be refilled with some of the best soda that can be found, possibly on earth.
