Toms River Burglary Investigation Leads to Two Arrests Assisted by U.S. Marshalls
Captain Bruce Burgess, commander of the Investigation Bureau reports that the investigation into the Burglary that occurred to a residence on Nanlyn Terrace on September 17 has resulted in charges of receiving stolen property for the following individuals who lived in Toms River.
Stacy Atry 23 Nanlyn Terrace $10,000
Kevin Tanfield 32 Edgewood Drive $20,000
Detective Mark Bajada, John Turner and Roger Hull recovered most of the jewelry that was taken in the burglary. The above subjects who had possession of proceeds from the burglary were arrested at a home in Pemberton Township last week. Detectives arrested Tanfield hiding under a bed at the residence on Goodwater Avenue in Browns Mills. Police are still attempting to recover three handguns that were also stolen during the burglary. Toms River Detectives were assisted by the U S Marshalls Office and the Pemberton Police Department.
