87th CES to Conduct Explosives Training at Joint Base Thursday
Members of the 87th Civil Engineer Squadron are scheduled to conduct explosive training at the joint base ranges on Thursday, Sept 27.
Training is scheduled to occur between the hours of 7 a.m. and 11 p.m.
As a result of this important training, some residents may hear more noise than usual coming from the joint base’s ranges and may experience possible ground shaking. Additionally, noise from the ranges may travel farther if weather conditions are overcast.
Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst works hard to minimize the impact training has on its surrounding communities and is committed to remaining good neighbors.
