Allaire Village to Host Stocking Stuffer Sale

The Allaire Village Auxiliary presents its Annual Stocking Stuffer Sale in the All-Purpose Building just off the Allaire State Park parking lot. This event will beheld on Friday and Saturday, November 2^nd and 3^rd from 10am to 3pm and on Sunday, November 4^th from 12 noon to 3pm.  Enjoy holiday shopping for crafts, hand-made by the Allaire Auxiliary members. Shop for hand-knit items, pencil dolls, package decorations, Christmas tree ornaments and a large selection of giftideas for the holiday season.  Home-made baked goods, cookies, cupcakes and brownies will also be available.

While you are here you can also enjoy holiday shopping at the Howell Works General Store, splendidly decorated for the holiday season and featuring a large selection of giftware, books, reproduction pottery, glassware, tin ware, ironware and woodwork, including items hand-made by our 19^th century craft guilds. Also featured are Old World Christmas tree ornaments, specialorder nutcrackers, and more.

Allaire Village, Inc. receives no state funding towards the educational programming presented throughout the year, but is strongly supported through private donations, membership fees, fund-raising events and patronage of our retail stores. Allaire Village, Inc. received an operatingsupport grant from the New Jersey Historical Commission, a division of the Department of State. In addition, funding for our historical events is madepossible in part to a generous grant from the Ocean First Foundation.

The Allaire Village Auxiliary and its parent organization, Allaire Village, Inc., the non-profit friends group, raise funds to support the Historic Village at Allaire, which is located in Allaire State Park at 4263 Atlantic Ave., in Farmingdale, Monmouth County, NJ, 07727, off Exit 98 of the Garden State Parkway and Exit 31B of Interstate 195.
