Two Sent to Hospital After Motorcycle Crash in Toms River Parking Lot

Toms River–On September 30, 2012 at approximately 8:45 PM a motorcycle crash occurred in the KMART Plaza parking lot located on Route 37 in Toms River.  A Harley Davidson motorcycle operated by Avo Kubar, age 49, of Brick Township struck a curb and crashed.  The crash caused Kubar and his passenger Erica Pach-Doyle to be ejected from the motorcycle.   Kubar received extensive internal injuries and was flown to Jersey Shore Medical Center.  Erica Pach-Doyle was transported to Community Medical Center with serious injuries.  Responding to the scene was Toms River EMS, Silverton EMS and MONOC Paramedics.  At this time it is unknown why Kubar struck the curb.  The investigation is being conducted by Traffic Safety Officer David Bartoshek.
