Century 21 Pacesetter Opens Office in Toms River

Century 21 Pacesetter Realty, Inc. recently held a Grand Opening for their new office at 1310 Hooper Avenue in Toms River.   Jay DeYonker, Broker/Owner said, “This is a very visible and central location on a busy road.” DeYonker has three other locations within Ocean County, and says that there is plenty of room to grow in their company and the market area.  “We’re always looking to expand our staff, and our Manager, Laura Thatcher, is a Certified Instructor of Real Estate who is ready to train new and experienced agents.”

DeYonker adds, “In the last couple of months, there has been a significant increase in activity within the housing market, and the prices seem to be stabilizing.  I think we’ve hit bottom and with the lower interest rates, we expect things to improve.”

Mayor Kelaher stated, “Foreclosures in our town have gone way down so I’m confident that things are turning around for the better. I’m also pleased to know that Century 21 will be offering employment for some of our local residents.”
