Toms River Indian Community Celebrates Ganeshotsav

Toms River–Indian Community in and around Toms River New Jersey celebrated conclusion of Ganeshotsav with Ganpati Visarjan on bank of Toms River in the public for the fist time on Sat. Sept 29, 2012. Approximately 250 people took part in procession with colorful traditional dresses dancing at the tune of Ganpati Dhoon. Smt.Ulka and Raj Joshi’s Ganpati Bapa became Community’s Bapa and event was hosted by Siddhivinayak Temple Committee spearheading efforts to build a Sarva Dev Temple and Community Center in Ocean County, New Jersey.
