Toms River Mayor Kelaher Optimistic About Recent Business Openings

Mayor Thomas F. Kelaher attended four different ribbon-cutting ceremonies last week, welcoming the new establishments to Toms River Township.  “Our Township has a lot to offer and I welcome the diverse businesses coming into the municipality. The recent influx of commercial activity is hopefully a sign that the economy is on the upswing,” Kelaher said.

Nicole Biunno, Owner and stylist of Studio Salon says, “We are a full service salon specializing in color, cuts, anti-frizz and extensions. We just moved to this location at 1490 Rt. 37 East because we needed more space.”   Biunno states that her staff is always traveling for education and recently went to the Sassoon Academy to learn the latest trends in hair fashion.
