Jackson Police Blotter: Oct. 6, 2012; JPD Arrests Teen Attempting to Bring Drugs into Great Adventure

Jackson –A 22 year old male was arrested on Leesville Road on an outstanding warrant out of Jackson.  He was processed at police headquarters and lodged in the Ocean County Jail when he was unable to post bail.

-     Officers responded to Six Flags Great Adventure on the report that a person had been detained attempting to enter the park with suspect Ecstacy Tablets.  During the investigation, an 18 year old male was placed under arrest and charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance.

He was processed at police headquarters and released on summons pending a court appearance.

-     A resident of the Prospect Pointe Apartments made a report of Burglary and Theft.  It was reported that unknown person(s) entered the residence and stole electronic equipment valued at $200.00.
