Man Injured in Crash on Route 70 in Toms River
Toms River–Toms River Police are investigating a motor cycle accident that occurred 430 Friday afternoon at Route 70 and Whitesville Road. A James Perna 39 year old Nutley man was westbound on Route 70 when he apparently lost control of his Harley Davidson motorcycle and as a result was ejected form the bike. The victim was driven to Jersey Shore Trauma Center by Silverton First Aid Squad. Traffic safety Officer Terry Warren and Sergeant Chris Duzik are investigating the crash along with the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department.
