Business Owner Recognized by Toms River Township
Toms River–Kim Ratto, former owner of the Java Joint and current owner of the Cookie Cab, a successful local entrepreneur received the Toms River Soroptimist’s Advancing the Status for Women Award by the Toms River Art company. A proclamation commending Ratto for her award and her success was presented by Mayor Thomas Kelaher and Council President Maurice Hill at the October 23rd township council meeting.
