Toms River Mayor and Council Honor Eagle Scout

Toms River–Toms River Eagle Scout Vaughn Fortuna received a proclamation from Mayor Thomas Kelaher at the October 23rd meeting.   For his project, he helped out the Amity Acres Girl Scout camp by constructing new bulletin boards throughout the camp.

“I like to tell all of the Eagle Scouts that at this age and the accomplishments they have done show a determination…it’s a sign of good things to come for the future,” the Mayor said.
