Manchester Death Officially Ruled as Homicide

TOMS RIVER–Ocean County Prosecutor Joseph D. Coronato today announced the results of an autopsy conducted by the Ocean County Medical Examiner in the Manchester Township, Anthony “Tony” Verdicchio case.
