Manahawkin Man, 77, Arrested for Stealing Women’s Lingerie

STAFFORD–When store security personnel at the Route 72 K-mart in Manahawkin observed Frank Celementi, 77, steal items from the store, including women’s lingerie and a DVD, they notified Stafford Township police.  Upon arrival at approximately 10:20 am, the police arrested Mr. Clementi without incident.  He was charged with shoplifting and released pending a court date.
